Kathryn Thompson Promotes FHA Apartment Financing at Apartment Association of Southern California 2011 Tradeshow

On September 8, 2011 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, the Apartment Association of Southern California held its annual trade show. Rockhall Funding Corp. was an event sponsor and Kathryn Thompson of Rockhall spoke about the benefits of FHA apartment financing to a packed room. Many of the apartment owners present at the meeting were unaware of the sub 4% note rates on 35-year fixed rate 85% loan to value ratio mortgages available with FHA mortgage insurance through Rockhall.
